7-Day Easy Returns
We offer a no-questions-asked return or exchange within seven (7) days of delivery on most apparel.
Eligibility

Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging.

Not returnable for hygiene/safety: lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, stockings/hosiery, face masks, beauty items, gift cards, custom/altered pieces, and final-sale items.
How to start a return/exchange

Go to My Orders or email support@varaindia.in / WhatsApp +91 96543 15399 within 7 days of delivery.

Choose Return or Size Exchange and confirm pickup address.

We arrange one free reverse pickup where serviceable. If your PIN code isn’t serviceable, please self-ship to our returns hub (address shared via email).
Refunds
-
Prepaid: back to original payment method in 5–7 business days after QC approval.

COD: to your bank/UPI in 5–7 business days after QC.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged/incorrect.
Exchanges
-
One free size exchange per item (stock permitting). If unavailable, we’ll refund per policy.
Damaged / Wrong item
Report within 48 hours with clear photos/unboxing video; we’ll replace or refund fast.
Order cancellations (before dispatch)
We dispatch within 24 hours. Request cancellation before dispatch via My Orders or support. If already shipped, please place a return after delivery.
