Dispatch speed
We typically dispatch within 24 hours (business days). Orders after 3:00 PM may process next business day.

Delivery timelines (indicative)

• Metros: 2–5 business days

• Non-metros: 3–7 business days

• Remote PINs: 5–10 business days
  You’ll receive tracking by SMS/email once shipped.

Shipping fees (India)

• Free shipping on orders ₹2,500+

• Flat ₹99 below ₹2,500

COD

• Available on eligible PINs/cart values (a small COD fee may apply). Please keep exact change.

Address changes & missed delivery

• Contact us before dispatch to edit the address.

• If delivery is missed, the courier will re-attempt or call. Multiple failures may return the parcel.

Damaged/tampered package
If the parcel looks damaged/tampered, refuse delivery and notify us within 24–48 hours with photos. We’ll resolve immediately.
