Welcome to Vara India (“Vara”, “we”, “our”). By using varaindia.in (“Site”) and purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1) Use of the Site

  • You must be 18+ or use under parent/guardian supervision.

  • Provide accurate account, contact, and delivery details.

2) Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We strive for accuracy; colours may vary slightly due to screens/lighting.

  • Prices, offers, and availability may change without notice.

  • We may limit/cancel quantities per person/household/order (we’ll notify you).

3) Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted on confirmation and dispatched per our Shipping Policy.

  • We accept major cards, UPI, netbanking, and COD (where available). Payments are processed securely by third-party gateways.

4) Shipping & Delivery

  • See Shipping Policy for timelines, fees (Free above ₹2,500, else ₹99), tracking, and COD.

5) Returns & Refunds

  • Covered by our 7-Day No-Questions-Asked policy (see Cancellations & Refunds).

6) Reviews & UGC

  • By posting content, you grant Vara a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use/share it (with attribution where feasible). Don’t post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

7) Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, text, and logos are Vara IP or used under license. Don’t copy/modify/distribute without permission.

8) Prohibited Activities

  • No hacking, scraping, disrupting services, or misuse of promotions.

9) Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect/incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

10) Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify Vara against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11) Third-Party Links

  • We’re not responsible for third-party sites/services linked from our Site.

12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by laws of India; courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

13) Changes

  • We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
